    Maeve Greyson

Maeve and her hubby of over thirty eight years traveled around the world while in the U.S Air Force before returning to their five acre wood in rural Kentucky where she writes about her beloved Highlanders and the sassy women who tame them. Her full timeday job at the steel mill is now a thing of the past so Maeve spends her time matching the sexy Highlanders in her head with women that are certain to drive them crazy When she s not plotting the perfect snare, she tinkers with new technology and computer programs where she knows just enough to be dangerous and never learns to stop saying, I can do this without reading the directions Her sweet friend and editor, Jasper the Mighty, crossed over the Rainbow Bridge a while ago but she knows in her heart he s still watching over her as her four legged guardian angel.

4 1 2 STARS I REALLY wish would allow a half star with their ratings as this book was so much than a four star What an exciting premise to a story this was The magic of the Celts and the romance of a time gone by A strong hero who d waited for and found his true love at last, and a lonely woman who thought her dream lover was merely that a dream. This book took me out of the everyday and into another world The author s world was so real, that even the magical elements seemed plausible, and it wa [...]

My first book from Maeve Greyson, Beyond a Highland Whisper was entertaining at times and an interesting read.Latharn MacKay s success with women brought him only troubles A powerful witch locked him in a sphere as punishment for rejecting her His only way out was his true love s desire to save him from his prison. It all started well The plot had a direction, interesting characters and a lot of magic to keep me entertained.Half way though the read i started wondering when the end will come Why S [...]

I won my copy of this book in a giveaway This book was quite a mix of romance, magic, time travel sort of , mystery In some sections, the storyline really grabbed and held my attention other spots, it seemed to drag In some spots, I felt like I had picked up the middle book in a series There was history in some of the characters that I had missed out on which could quite honestly be true This was the first book by Ms Greyson that I ve read If you get the chance to read, give it a whirl.
